China can’t simply copy the development model of foreign agricultural modernization to build an agricultural power, but should focus on the resource endowment with a large population and a small land, the historical background of agricultural civilization and the requirements of the times of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, plan scientifically, step by step, adjust measures to local conditions, and slowly and steadily, and explore and open up the road to an agricultural power with China characteristics in the process of Chinese modernization.

　　1. Accelerating the construction of an agricultural power is an inevitable choice to promote Chinese modernization.
